Terms of cooperation
1. Social Media Content Publishing
1.1 Publishing Format:
The studio provides an option for partners to publish various types of content on the studio’s social media channels. All published information should match the studio’s theme and format, and may include relevant announcements, events, or products that align with the studio’s brand.
1.2 Publishing Requirements and Cost:
The partner agrees that each piece of content published by the studio on behalf of the partner costs €2.99 per post. The content should be prepared in a way that is visually consistent with the studio’s aesthetic and can be posted in either stories or regular posts.
1.3 Custom Terms:
Additional terms or other types of content collaborations can be discussed and customized to meet specific partnership needs. This may include bundles, recurring posts, or tailored campaigns.
2. Contracted Partnerships
The photography studio offers a variety of contracted partnerships to formalize business relations. These include studio rental, social media publishing, service promotion, and gift card sales.
2.1 Types of Contracted Partnerships:

Studio Rental: Providing space and equipment for photoshoots, with rental terms, duration, access, and additional services agreed upon.

Social Media Publishing: Posting partner content on the studio’s social media accounts for increased exposure.

Service Promotion: Offering discounts or incentives to partners who actively promote the studio’s services within their network.

Gift Card Sales: Selling or distributing studio gift cards through partners for mutual promotion and client acquisition.
2.2 Responsibilities of Each Party:

The Photography Studio agrees to provide the agreed-upon services, space, equipment, and other items required based on the partnership type.

The Partner agrees to comply with studio policies, properly use the provided resources, and meet all payment terms and deadlines.
2.3 Payment Terms:
Payment terms are defined in the contract and may include pre-payment, on-the-day payments, or payment on terms for long-term clients.
2.4 Force Majeure and Liability:
In case of force majeure, both parties agree to inform each other as soon as possible and discuss rescheduling options or compensation. Liability for any damage to studio equipment or interiors is the responsibility of the partner unless otherwise stated in the contract.
3. Barter Partnership
3.1 Barter Agreement Terms:
The studio offers its space for use in exchange for services. Barter agreements may include partners providing products for studio decor, promoting the studio, or creating content for its social media pages.
3.2 Audience Evaluation and Engagement Requirements for Bloggers:
For barter agreements with bloggers, the studio evaluates audience quality and engagement. Bloggers must provide access to engagement metrics (screenshots or a business account) to meet the following criteria:

Target Audience: The blogger’s audience should match the studio’s target audience (e.g., photographers, models, creative professionals, or quality content enthusiasts).

Follower Engagement: The average engagement rate should be at least 5% of total followers, measured by likes on posts and views on stories.
3.3 Agreement Details:
Before beginning a barter partnership, both parties agree on the scope and nature of services exchanged. Details, including deadlines and performance terms, are documented in writing.
3.4 Examples of Barter Partnerships:

Example 1: A company provides decor or products for the studio’s photoshoots. In return, they receive free placement of their logo or product in the studio’s images and social media posts.

Example 2: A blogger creates content in the studio and, in return, posts promotional content for the studio on their social media, tagging the studio’s account.
3.5 Performance Monitoring:
Both the studio and the partner are expected to meet agreed terms and deadlines. If engagement rates are inconsistent with the stated criteria, or if there is any breach of terms, either party may reconsider or terminate the agreement.
These terms ensure transparency in partnerships, allowing the studio to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
